Welcome to Hablullah Ijaza Centre. 

By using our website and enrolling in our programmes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer online Qur’an tuition, group and 1-1 sessions, and related educational services. Details of each programme are provided on the relevant pages.

2. Registration and Payment

• To enrol in a class or programme, you must complete the registration form and pay the required fee in advance.

• All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider (such as Stripe).

• Fees are charged weekly and must be paid in full to maintain your booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible at hablullahic@gmail.com

• Refunds may be available if you cancel before your first lesson. After lessons have started, refunds are at our discretion.

• Missed classes are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on teacher availability.

• Please note that if a student does not attend within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered cancelled and will not be refundable.

4. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to show respect towards teachers and other learners at all times.

• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any student for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without a refund.

5. Changes to Services

• We may occasionally update session times, teachers, or content to improve our services.

• We will notify you in advance if significant changes affect your lessons.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during lessons (PDFs, worksheets, recordings, etc.) are for your personal use only.

• Do not share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide the best learning experience, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our website or services.
